ORDERS

Upon completion of your order, you should receive an email confirmation. All orders placed by 11 a.m. CST will be shipped same day. All orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day. 

ORDER CANCELATION 

Orders can be canceled in writing via email or over the phone as long as the order has not yet shipped. Please call 251-473-6269 ext. 104 or email info@mobilebayshop.com to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, a return or exchange must be initiated.

SHIPPING

You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order has been shipped, and your tracking number will be included in that email. Please give 24 hours for the tracking to be live. 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO addresses. We do not ship internationally. Please call 251-473-6269 ext. 104 or email info@mobilebayshop.com if you would like to discuss other shipping arrangements.

LOCAL PICKUP

For customers who select the local pickup option at checkout, orders may be picked up during business hours at the Mobile Bay Magazine office located at 166 Government St. in Mobile. Orders are available for pickup 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m. - Noon on Fridays. Orders cannot be picked up on Saturday or Sunday.

All local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of the order date or your order will be canceled. Canceled orders due to non-pickup up will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Mobile Bay Shop has a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@mobilebayshop.com. If your return is accepted, you will be issued a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the fee will be deducted from the total refund or credit given. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Holiday Return Policy: Returns will be accepted through January 18, 2022, for orders placed between November 29 and December 31, 2021. All seasonal or holiday merchandise is final sale only.

GIFT WRAP

If you would like to gift wrap item(s) in your order, please check the box during checkout that says "Please gift wrap the products in this order." If there are multiple items in your order, please specify which item(s) should be gift wrapped.

Oversized or especially bulky items may not be eligible for gift wrapping. We can only ship to one address per order, so gifts for different people should be purchased in separate transactions. We cannot split an order and ship to multiple addresses. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Mobile Bay Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

SALES TAX

Mobile Bay Shop collects Alabama Sales Tax on all orders placed within the state of Alabama.

DISCOUNTS

Sales and promotions are only valid during the time frame specified and for the items included in the promotion. No sales or special offers are retroactive, and they cannot be applied to past orders or orders placed without properly applying the discount. 

WARRANTY

Mobile Bay Shop does not offer any warranty of goods, nor will it replace or refund for any items which break or are defective. Any issues with quality of goods should be directed to the manufacturer.
