Shipping policy

ORDERS

Upon completion of your order, you should receive an email confirmation. All orders placed by 11 a.m. CST will be shipped same day. All orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day. 

Sales tax will be charged to any shipment in Alabama.

SHIPPING

You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order has been shipped, and your tracking number will be included in that email. Please give 24 hours for the tracking to be live. 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO addresses. We do not ship internationally. Please call 251-473-6269 ext. 104 or email info@mobilebayshop.com if you would like to discuss other shipping arrangements.

LOCAL PICKUP- WE'VE MOVED!

Our offices have moved to downtown Mobile!
For customers who select the local pickup option at checkout, orders may be picked up during business hours at the Mobile Bay Magazine office located at 166 Government St. in downtown Mobile. Orders are available for pickup 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m. - Noon on Fridays. Orders cannot be picked up on Saturday or Sunday. Customer parking is not provided, however metered parking and paid lots adjacent to the building usually have availability. Please call us at 251-473-6269 should you have any difficulty finding us or parking, or otherwise need us to bring your order curbside.

All local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of the order date or your order will be canceled. Canceled orders due to non-pickup up will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
